Impulsive people prefer sweet wines, while sociable people prefer dry wines. It is concluded by the Australian researchers who, together with British colleagues, studied the Bachus nectar in our preferences. Do you like sauvignon blanc, chardonnay or rather tend to a glass of Bordeaux? Your choice say something more about you than how you appreciate the wine. So, scientists argue that the sweet varieties are chosen most often by people who act as first impulse uncontrollable, while the dry varieties will form the choice of open people, friendly, sincere. The authors says that in addition to impulsivity and socialization were found during research, no other personality type was not described as relating to preference for a particular taste.
